I offer individual sessions for adults and young adults (18+). You can come to see me once, a few times, or for long-term therapy—depending on your life situation and needs. If you have a decision for rehabilitation psychotherapy from KELA, they support the sessions.

During our sessions, we focus on what you find beneficial. Different things may be helpful to different people and at different stages of therapy. Perhaps you need a listener, perhaps an active conversationalist. Maybe you need a place where you can quietly explore your feelings—and maybe at some point, what and how much feels appropriate to share with another person. Recognizing and acknowledging your own needs and desires—as well as any disappointments and their consequences—are important themes for all of us and possible topics of discussion during therapy sessions.

Sessions primarily involve face-to-face conversations, but if you wish, we can use therapy techniques such as empty chair exercises, boundary-setting exercises, or letter-writing to clarify thoughts and feelings. Sometimes, we may simply sit in silence. I aim to assist and support you in all important themes in a way that we find helpful to you.
